1. Is a deposit required?
   After your group has been assigned seats, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to continue holding your seats. The deposit is payable by check or major credit card and will be credited towards your total purchase. Deposits are non-refundable except in the event that the performance is cancelled.
2. When is final payment due?
   The remaining balance of your order is due one week prior to the concert date. Once the final payment has been received, there are no refunds or exchanges.
3. Can I change my order?
   Yes! Group orders can be adjusted until the time the final payment is made. However, once the final payment has been received, there are no refunds or exchanges. Any unused tickets are not available for re-sell by the customer.
4. Can my group sit together?
   We make every effort to sit your group together. In general, the farther in advance you make reservations, the more likely it is that we can accommodate your seating requests.
5. When can I make my reservations?
